📏 Sizing Information

When selecting a sticker size, choose the size range that best fits your design. We will scale your design proportionally to fit within the chosen parameters, ensuring the correct aspect ratio is maintained. Your sticker will not exceed the selected size but may be slightly smaller depending on your design’s proportions.

Available Size Ranges:

  • 50mm x 50mm – Ideal for small logos, branding, or promotional stickers.
  • 70mm x 70mm – A great balance between size and detail for general use.
  • 90mm x 90mm – Works well for bold, high-visibility designs.
  • 150mm x 150mm – Best for large, detailed designs that need maximum impact.

If you need a specific size within the chosen range, please mention it in the order notes.

🎨 Artwork Requirements

To ensure the best print quality, we prefer vector-based artwork, as it allows for sharp, scalable printing without loss of detail.

✅ Preferred file formats: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF (Vector format)
✅ Accepted file formats: High-resolution PNG, JPEG, or PSD (300 DPI or higher)
✅ Ensure your artwork has a transparent background if ordering clear vinyl stickers.
✅ No pixelated or low-resolution images – these may result in poor print quality.

❗ Don’t have a vector file? No worries! We can still work with high-resolution raster images, but vector files are always preferred for the sharpest results.

How many changes can I make to my design?

You can make as many changes as you need to ensure your design is perfect. Our design process includes multiple revisions, so you can tweak and adjust your kart graphic until you're completely satisfied. Typically, customers go through 3-4 revisions before finalizing their design, but we’re happy to work with you until it’s just right.

Do you do accessories to match my design? (Fuel Tank, Floor Tray Ect)

Yes! We provide a range of matching accessories to complement your design, including Fuel Tank Stickers, Floor Tray Stickers, Engine AirBox Stickers, and more. You can customise your kit with the accessories you need to ensure a seamless look across your entire setup.

Do you offer team discounts?

How thick are your graphics?

Our kart graphics are crafted from premium materials, featuring a robust thickness of 400 microns. This makes our graphics as thick as, and in some cases thicker than, those from leading kart graphic manufacturers. The thickness ensures maximum durability and a professional finish, so your kart looks sharp and withstands the demands of racing.

How do I add Chrome or Fluro to my graphics?

Adding special colours like Chrome, Fluorescent, or Holographic to your graphics is easy. Simply let our design team know during the design process, and they'll incorporate your preferred finishes into the design. Please note that using these special colours incurs an additional cost during the manufacturing stage.

When will I receive my design and completed order?

The order process is divided into two stages: the custom design service and the manufacturing service, each billed separately.

You will typically receive the first revision of your design within 2-3 working days after placing your design order. Once you approve the final design, your kart graphics will be produced and delivered within 2 weeks of design approval.

The Design Process

Every great kart graphic begins with a custom design. The first step in creating your bespoke kart graphic is collaborating with our design team to bring your vision to life. Share your design ideas, bodywork type, and any other specific preferences with our team to ensure your custom kart graphics are exactly what you envisioned.

The Manufacturing Stage

Once your design is finalised and approved, our in-house team will move on to manufacturing your custom kart graphics. We offer special finishes like Fluorescent, Chrome, and Holographic to make your kart truly stand out on the track. After production, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can eagerly await your bespoke sticker kit.
